Monsoon Incense – Nag Champa From Heaven

Eugene, the owner of Bhagwan Incense, sent me samples again earlier this year (2024), and this time, he also included various scents from his other brand, Monsoon Incense.

Nag Champa From Heaven costs €2.95. The package contains 15g, which is about 10 sticks.

I like this Nag Champa. It has a unique character: its floral aspect reminds me a little of lilies of the valley and the yellow day lilies in our garden. Overall, I find that the scent strongly corresponds to the colour yellow; it’s like a rich, radiant sunflower yellow, warm and full of positive energy.
Nag Champa From Heaven is wonderfully fruity-sparkling and sweet; it’s a strong, fresh, and floral fragrance.
The scent profile is nonetheless quite typical for Nag Champa, yet it doesn’t have a pronounced creamy component. Over time, however, I do notice a slight, waxy note that gives the scent softness. Additionally, a very subtle, spicy aspect emerges; not like spices, but aromatic-spicy.
The after-smell is a long-lasting, classic Nag Champa scent.

Nag Champa From Heaven has a lively, energetic character; powerfully feminine, like an early summer day when the sun is warm but not scorching. It’s a real feel-good fragrance.
