Happy Hari – Dhyana Sutra
This is one of the last two samples from the Happy Hari sample set from Padma Store that I bought in 2022. The set contains one stick per variety (13 in total) and cost €14.95 at the time. (The price has since risen by €1.)
A 10g packet of the individual variety currently costs €4.25. The burning time per stick is given as 60 minutes.
Happy Hari is a vintage brand, which is why the review carries the keyword [discontinued]. Everything sold at present is old stock. This means when a variety is sold out, it’s gone for good.
However, it’s possible that the sticks are still produced today and sold under other brand names. Happy Hari had sold sticks from different manufacturers under their own name and didn’t produce them themselves.

Dhyana Sutra are hand-rolled Soft Masala.
First, I smell bright and fresh floral notes, something like lilies with a touch of jasmine.
Over time, more of the base comes through and I perceive soft, powdery sandalwood. The fragrance also has a creamy component, as it is familiar through many Nag Champa creations.
Added to this is a subtle musk aspect.
There’s an ORS review of Dhyana Sutra from 2021, but it’s possible that these sticks come from a different batch than those sold by Padma Store.
