Fiore D’Oriente – Marco Polo’s Treasures
Marco Polo’s Treasures is a line of incense sticks that all have either an ECOCERT or ICEA certification.
The 15g etui boxes include a certificate with handwritten batch number:

Certificate of Guarantee
The mixture of these incenses was subjected to sophisticated laboratory analysis to assure the total absence of any substance resulting from synthesis products, petrochemical or other. You can find the results of the analysis by connecting to our site www.fioredoriente.eu. When you have completed the registration, click the button CERTIFICATES, then click the button Marco Polo’s Treasures, in this area you will find certificates matching the lot number that is stamped on this card.
There are (or at least were) two pack sizes of Marco Polo’s Treasures: 15 sticks (30g) and 10 sticks (20g). However, I can only find the smaller packs on the website and in the Fiore D’Oriente shop now.
Though, you can still find the 30g packs in individual other shops.
The varieties vary in price. With the large packs, you’ll pay between 8 and 12 euros; the 20g packs can be found from 5€.
This is what the 30g packs look like inside:

The blurb of the étui box gives general information about the history of the frankincense route and specific information about the eponymous incense material of the variety, in this case camphor.
Here’s a 20g pack:

They’re simpler slip sleeves with a tab at one of the narrow ends, as are also used for other lines from Fiore D’Oriente. Inside there’s a paper bag.
Among the packs, I find both ones with the ECOCERT and with the ICEA emblem. Both versions mention ‘entirely natural ingredients’ in the text, however, only those with ECOCERT emblem mention being controlled (by ECOCERT). Apart from that, both texts are identical.
All varieties have an individual ingredient list printed on their back.
Marco Polo’s Treasures contains predominantly single-note fragrances.
